David Cheatham is the founder and principal of Family Financial Solutions Group, Inc; a Chicago area based financial services group. He has been working with businesses and families as a financial coach since 2003. David is licensed in IL and IN and appointed with several major mutual insurance carriers that like the infinite banking concept, and many other insurance companies to open the door to more solutions for his clients.
David, works to look at the whole 360⁰ picture of his client. With this very unique approach He helps people find money they are currently transferring away unknowingly and unnecessarily. The way he does this is by helping you focus on the losses in your financial life rather than helping you try and pick the picking the winners.
Since 2004, he began to teach families and business owners how to leverage the money they earn by helping them to create their own banking system (Infinite Banking Concept).
When teaching this, his clients learn how to use the same principles that banks and institutions use to make money, One of David’s personal goal is to put the control of his clients’ earnings back in their hands.
This has proved successful and created several additional benefits.
Some of which include:
• Redirecting the flow of financing costs back to the family or company.
• Maximizing liquidity, use and control of capital.
• Creating a natural hedge against inflation.
When a client creates their own banking system (Infinite Banking Concept), It can be used to finance everything from real estate and commercial equipment to vehicles, private loans, college education funding, and retirement funding alternatives. The client will even have additional tax benefits when done properly.
He will show you:
How to become a Wealth Creator versus a Debtor or Saver
How you can capitalize on the power of compound interest, solidify access to your money, and minimize the losses you may be experiencing from how you make major capital purchases like buying cars and sending your kids to college
The benefits associated with various savings vehicles
He created a FREE RETIREMENT REPORT that will answer these questions:
1. What return would you have to earn on your savings and investments for you to retire at your current standard of living?
2. What is the minimum amount of money you need to be putting away each year to enjoy your present lifestyle during retirement?
3. How long will you have to work before you can retire and be able to enjoy your present standard of living until your life expectancy?
4. How much will you have to reduce your present standard of living to make your money last to your life expectancy?
When will you start taking back the wealth-creating benefits of redirecting the costs associated with financing your family’s lives or your business?
Remember everything you buy you finance; you either pay interest or lose it. So the sooner you take action the sooner you start capitalizing on the power of compounding.
