About Gary Davidson
Gary brings a high level of sophistication to his real estate and corporate clientele. Formerly the Village Attorney for many communities in the Will County area, he has an unparalleled breadth of experience working on land use, zoning and development issues, and is a frequent lecturer at numerous real estate investor seminars. He represents hundreds of property investors and a wide variety of businesses and contractors in corporate affairs, ranging from closely held corporations to publicly traded companies such as ExxonMobil.
Gary will close more REO and HUD properties this year than all other attorneys in Will County combined. His experience in assisting clients with building wealth and asset protection has earned him a reputation as a must for any serious investor.
Gary also heads up the practice group at Castle Law that assists banks and servicers in negotiation of and preparation of documents in a broad range of lending transactions. Castle attorneys also assist mortgage servicers in foreclosures of both residential and commercial properties.

A Member's & Non-Member's Event
Whether you own 200 units or have no real estate experience, anyone who has an interest in real estate investing is invited to attend our General Meeting. Each month a different speaker will share information on topics relating to the many aspects of investing in real estate and being a landlord. Our General Meetings provide a great opportunity to network with experienced real estate investors from all over the Chicago land area. We also have an extensive real estate library for our members to use. The General Meeting is held on the 2nd Monday of each month.
