Ben and Patti Walhood have been working together to build their real estate portfolio since they met in college. They've been investing in real estate together since 2006 and have been full time investors since 2014, completing over 100 deals whether that be flips, rentals, or even wholesaling. They live in the western suburbs with their 4 young children and enjoying traveling the country and the world whenever possible.
Rob and Katie Hayes have been investing in Real Estate since 2001. Katie bought a condo to live in, figuring she might rent it after she moved out. Rob attended a few seminars and created a Real Estate Investing LLC with friends. Katie tagged along, learned a lot and by 2007 they began investing together and growing their portfolio. In 2013 Rob quit his day job to manage their properties and support other investors as a Realtor with Evergreen Real Estate. Success, flexibility and a desire to expand their portfolio drew Katie to join the ranks as a Realtor. Team Hayes enjoys working together and assisting other investors in this great adventure of Real Estate investing. While you don't have to work together Katie & Rob strongly believe in the importance of support and encouragement for Real Estate success and look forward to sharing their experiences with you.

Whether you own 200 units or have no real estate experience, anyone who has an interest in real estate investing is invited to attend our General Meeting. Each month a different speaker will share information on topics relating to the many aspects of investing in real estate and being a landlord. Our General Meetings provide a great opportunity to network with experienced real estate investors from all over the Chicago land area. We also have an extensive real estate library for our members to use. The General Meeting is held on the 2nd Monday of each month.
