Ben Walhood has been a real estate investor since 2005, buying his first rental property while he was a full-time college student. He invests mostly in single family homes, both as a buy-and-hold investor as well as a fix-and-flipper, while occasionally investing in condos, townhomes, and multi-family assets.

As a co-founder of CAREIA's Mentor Program and host of the monthly Cashflow 101 game, Ben is always eager to help others learn about investing in real estate, quick to share his most challenging experiences along with the success stories. He has been an active member of CAREIA since 2010 and served on the group's board since 2012.
When he's not investing, Ben enjoys waterskiing, downhill skiing, boating, and riding his motorcycle.
